Fixing cream used for professional eyelash lamination that fixes the new curvature of the eyelashes obtained with the Lifting Cream (step 1).
This neutralizing cream gently curves the eyelashes without damaging them, the eyelashes appear healthier and shinier.
With its special formulation, it strengthens, hydrates and softens the eyelashes.
Professional use: minimum 6 months of experience.
Application times: 1/2 of the application time of the first step plus 2 minutes.
